Beginning with Fall 2016, Koç University has become a regional partner for the Global Social Venture Competition. Therefore, GSVC @ KU will organize both Round One and Regional Semi-Final rounds for the GSVC.
Applicant teams from Turkey, Balkans, Europe and the MENA Region can apply for GSVC Round One through Koç University. From the Round One, 2-4 teams will be selected to move forward for the Regional Semi-Finals which will be virtually hosted by Koç University.

Impact Thinking Workshop:
November 18, 2016 between 18:30 - 21:00 at Impact Hub Istanbul
Creating positive social impact is a main goal for social entrepreneurs working on solving social problems experienced by their beneficiaries. Social impact management is an integral part of the management of social enterprise. Koç University Social Impact Forum (KUSIF) together with Mikado Sustainable Development Consulting, Estonian Social Enterprise Network (SEV) and Social Value UK (SVUK) have been working on empowering young social entrepreneurs and providing them with tools and skills to measure their social impact within “Social Impact Measurement Tools for Young Social Entrepreneurs” project. During workshop KUSIF will present the Impact Thinking Approach – framework developed within the project to help the social entrepreneurs manage their social impact.
Workshop is limited to 30 person.
