Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Please pay attention to the deadlines for Global Exchange applications.
• Official Transcript: You can pick it up from Registrar’s Office. Please keep in mind that it will take a couple of days for Registrar’s Office to issue your transcript.
• English Test Score Card: You can pick it up from the Registrar’s Office. It doesn’t need to be your official score card, the Registrar’s Office can give you a copy, certified by a “True Copy” stamp on it. Please keep in mind that it will take a couple of days for Registrar’s Office to issue your TOEFL/IELTS score card. You need to apply with a 2 year valid TOEFL or IELTS documents.
• Photo: Please upload a photo of you along with your application form and other documents.
Once you done your online application along with uploaded other necessary application documents,
OIP will evaluate your application, find out if you are an eligible candidate to be an exchange student in one of the schools you have selected and place you in one of the schools in your list. You can write 6 schools in your online application list.
Your placement by OIP is based on three factors:
Your CGPA : %75
Your English Test Score : %25
