Dear Students,

I highly encourage interested students to participate in this exciting competition. The details are indicated below. It might be a great chance to turn your dreams in to reality...

What the Hult Prize is (explained in Hult Descriptive, attached): $1 million prize that we as KU have been invited to join.

First 30 November deadline asks for very little work.  The group just needs to submit a CV & Statement of Purpose (short Executive Summary).

From the 30 Novemeber group profile submissions, Hult will select the teams that will move forward toward the Regional Final rounds and be given the opportunity to develop their ideas.

Faculty Advisor is Zeynep Gurhan Canlı, Academic Director of the Graduate School of Business and Academic Director of the Koç University Social Impact Forum

What we need: interdisciplinary student group of 4-5—only one submission per university

Topic: Global Food Crisis

Info Session today, Thursday, 22 November, Student Center, -3, Room B329, 17:00-18:00

 At the session:

 - We will select the group of 5 right there at the info session

- Students should bring CV

- We will also do the first brainstorming

After the info session, OIP will coordinate logistics & Professor Canlı will coordinate the student submission from an academic perspective.
