It gives me a great pleasure to inform you that Dr. Elvan Ceyhan, Associate Professor of Mathematics, has recently been awarded an International Outgoing Fellowship (IOF) as part of the Marie Curie Actions program of the European Seventh Framework Programme. Dr. Ceyhan's IOF will support his 2013-2014 sabbatical visit to the Statistical and Applied Mathematical Sciences Institute (www.samsi.info) in North Carolina, USA. His successful IOF proposal is titled "Pattern Recognition in High Dimensional Data (PRinHDD)”.
