Save the Date: OIP’s Study Abroad Fair 2021 on January 26, 2021

As the Office of International Programs, we are thrilled to invite you to take part in our very first Virtual Study Abroad Fair!

Our aim is to connect our students directly with the representatives of partner universities and to increase awareness on the diverse mobility opportunities with our esteemed partners all around the world.

 

The fair will be held on January 26, 2021 with two separate sessions:

- From 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and

- From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, both UTC +3 (Ýstanbul local time),

and virtually through Microsoft Teams.


Each partner university will have a virtual booth (channel) and Koc University students will be able to visit those booths to talk to university representatives or check the latest brochures and videos of that institution.

Detailed Information for Koc University Students

The Virtual Study Abroad Fair is open to all KU students who are interested in participating in an exchange program. At the Fair, you will have the opportunity to:

  • learn about the study abroad opportunities that KU offers to its students,
  • talk to partner university representatives, view their brochures, and watch their videos / presentations,
  • and talk to returned KU exchange students to listen their experiences, find about the universities and countries you’re interested in**

 **There may not be a representative (previous outbound) KU student for each partner university on the booth 

 

Participation Types of Partner Universities

  • On live sessions, partner university representative(s) will be on their channel throughout the session to reply students' questions on the spot.
  • If a partner university is listed under Pre-recorded-Brochure-Video list,it means there will be no representative from that university, only latest informative videos/brochures and contact info can be found on the channel.
  • If you miss a university’s live Q&A session, you will still be able to find their brochures, videos and contact info on their channel on both Morning and Afternoon sessions.
