This month’s ANAMED Talk focuses on the volume published by Koç University Press (KUP) entitled
Glazed Wares as Cultural Agents in the Byzantine, Seljuk, and Ottoman Lands, which collects research on the decoration and technology of glazed pottery, ranging from the early Byzantine era to the end of the Ottoman period. The authors of the chapters in the book found the chance to present their research during the 13th International ANAMED Annual Symposium in 2018 at ANAMED. The conveners of the symposium and editors of the newly published volume, Filiz Yenişehirlioğlu, Nikos Kontogiannis, and Beate Böhlendorf-Arslan, are the speakers of the online event, while ANAMED Production Editor and Publication Specialist Alican Kutlay moderates.
