Please find our FAQ document here.

We kindly ask our students to read our FAQ document’s application process section before completing their applications.

Important Notes:

Erasmus+ Study mobility second call of the applications will be opened through Erasmus+ 2021-KA103 project, using the new program rules and grant amounts. The grant distribution will be announced to students in later stages when the information is available.

1- The number of the students who will receive the Erasmus grant will be determined after the National Agency announces the 2021 budget for our university. We expect that the budget for the 2021 Project will be announced around September. Please note that we will be not able to provide information about the grants until it is officially announced by the National Agency.

2- Due to Brexit, the UK will not be a part of the new 2021 Erasmus+ Program. The negotiations with UK partners are ongoing and the universities which would like to continue student exchange activities with Koç University will be listed under Global Exchange in future applications.

3- Due to the ongoing pandemic, suspension decisions can be taken, or partner universities might switch to online education depending on the COVID-19 situation in the later stages. Students are highly advised to check partner university websites for updates regarding the COVID-19 and exchange procedures.

4- New Erasmus+ Program came into force by 1st of January 2021. It is expected to have changes on the program rules and grant amounts for the 2021 project. Immediately upon the rules are finalized and announced, forfeiting the acquired rights may occur as well as the changes on the program rules and grant amounts. On the other hand, the participation agreement for 2021-2027 new Erasmus program and the Delegation Agreement between Turkey and European Union has not been signed yet. Koç University and Turkish National Agency shall not have any liability for any loss and damage which may occur due to the delay and disruption during the agreement signing processes.
